Whitfield, it is my first year here at Whitfield and I feel that it has helped me get one step closer to preparing me on my path of life. One thing that Whitfield has given me the chance to be independent with the laptops because if you break a laptop it will cost you to repair it so you can learn to take care of personal belongings that might cost you to repair it.

This year I did soccer and baseball. I wanted to do basketball but I think I made a wise decision not to because my grades weren’t that great and I think if I did then I might have had to retake this grade. The B’nai Mitzvah which I had to study for three years and it didn’t go along with practice on Mondays. In some ways I like the sports but in other ways I think that it has affected me. I also think sports have kept me from doing things that my classmates are doing that I can’t because I am on the sports team. I almost wanted to quit but then I realized that the sports are fun and that I made a commitment to them.

At Whitfield when I first started here I was scared I didn’t want to make a fool of myself and then be bulled because I know what bulling feels like but after the first week feel that I have made a lot of friends and seen old friends. At my old school there was only 9 students in my class including me. I don’t know everyone well in our grade yet because I don’t have class with everyone. One example of a person in our grade is Mia. I didn’t know Mia was in our grade until around spirt week.

Whitfield has opened up many new doorways for me even though it is my first year here. I have many friends here and I hope to have many unforgettable experiences including the ones I have had this year. A couple new things that I have gone through is spirt week which was a big surprise to see woods hall so crazy. Intersession was also new because in all of my old schools there was nothing like intersession going on a trip through 3 days.
